During the D.A.N.C.E LAB we go over the Dynamics of an Instructor, Athletics, Networking, Creative Setlist and Experience. Our goal is to continue to breakdown the elements of COMMIT Dance Fitness and grow your toolkit with hands on training from your trusted COMMIT Trainers.
Each Mini LAB is tailored to the needs of our instructors. Allowing each to have a unique one on one learning experience.
Attending a Mini LAB is not required, however, attending a Mini LAB not only benefits you as the instructor. It benefits your students as they learn to trust your guidance in the classroom.
